I've been painting northern winter area for 25 years. I was born in Tokyo and when I experienced the stormy winter of Tappimisaki (Aomori prefecture), I was excited and I wanted to express the snowy fishing village, North area of station and leaden sky. I have devoted myself through a painting knife ever since.
