Hideo Yoneyama, M.D., had his own medical practice specializing in internal medicine. He had continued to paint until the age of 89 while managing his clinic and looking after his wife who was suffering from dementia. He also had gone through several diseases himself. His art work was inspired by historic scenery and landscapes in Italy and Francs.
