How to Order
Following terms and conditions are for any countries except Japan.
| Prices |
Prices don't include shipping and remittance charges. "Pricing on Request" means the price fluctuates depending on the market and other circumstances. We and its owner price the work on your request. |
| Shipping |
We estimate the shipping charges on your request. Note that framed works increase the shipping charges. We recommend you get your local shop to frame your order.

| Stocks |
We virtually stock our works. We don't have real stocks in our gallery. We check the REAL stock on your request. We do check as soon as possible but it might take over 2 Japanese business days. And note that the work is rarely out. |
| Sizes |
The size means the artwork itself, and not includes its frame or margin. On the work like prints, the size means its printed/painted/drawn area excluding its margin. When the works are framed, the sizes might be larger than the described sizes by about 15-20cm both in height and width. |
| Framing |
Almost all prices include framing costs. Some works have their previously used frames. Some works won't be framed. Principally, a work will be framed according to its artist's choice. |
| Payment |
Payment should be done only by wire transfer in advance. Completion of your payment confirms your order. Wire transfer takes 2-7 Japanese business days depending on your bank. |
| Delivery Date |
Your order is ready to ship in 3-9 Japanese business days after we confirm your payment. Framed items take longer than non-framed ones. |
| Cancelling/Changing Orders |
We don't accept cancelling or changing your orders. After your payment is confirmed, we promptly start finishing, framing, boxing, packing, etc. |
| Loss / Damage |
Be sure to unpack and check your order when you receive it. You must contact the carrier and notify us in a day if there is any damage. Compensation for any loss or damage is subject to the carrier's insurance. |
| Returns |
We can accept your request to return within 5 days after you receive your order. You must send us an e-mail first. Then we issue a return number. We refuse receiving any packages without our return number. Returning costs is subject to you. Shipping and any charges must be paid at your site. Please be sure to use an insured carrier. You can receive a refund less remittance charges and shipping charges. If your item does not arrive at our site within 30 days after you receive your order, your return is automatically cancelled and we don't receive your item. |
| Changing Terms |
If there is a difference between this guidance and our estimate, this guidance is subject to the estimate. |
| Images on PC Monitor |
We take the photo of our items at a professional art reproduction studio. Our customers always say that the images are really credible. But please note that your PC monitor and room lighting make some differences in color. |
| Privacy Policy |
We use your private information only for delivery and contact. Never send us your important information like your credit card number, passwords, and so on. |
